Unfortunately, we don't offer customisations for holiday boxes to keep things a bit more simple during busier periods. However, we do aim to offer a wider range of set boxes during holiday periods to cater to different tastes and individuals as best as we can.

The prices of our cookies vary depending on a number of factors, including any additional detailing. Our price list can be viewed under the "price list" tab on our website, however for a more personalised quote on a custom order, please fill out our custom order form and we will be able to give you an exact price for the cookie design you're after.

For all custom orders, our minimum quantity is 24 cookies with a minimum of six per design.

Unfortunately, all of our products contain gluten, dairy and egg. We would love to cater to all dietary requirements and understand the importance of this, which is why we're in the process of trialing different recipes to ensure the final result is at the standard of our products that do contain the above before they are introduced as an available option.

Our sugar cookies are vanilla flavoured and we don't currently offer alternative flavours.

All of our cookies are individually packaged in food grade cellophane bags and heat sealed, which allows them to have a shelf life of up to eight weeks when stored correctly.

To ensure your cookies stay fresh for up to eight weeks, please store your cookies in a cool, dry place and avoid placing them in direct sunlight or the fridge.

Yes, we offer postage Australia wide at an additional cost.

Of course you can! If you would like us to direct the order to somebody else, please fill in their postal details when placing an order and let us know who to address the package to, but don't forget to leave us your contact details as all tracking updates will be sent to you.
