Quotes (Custom Orders)
All quotes from Sugar Cartel Sydney are valid until the specified due date. All orders remain unconfirmed until a deposit is paid and may be cancelled at any time if your invoice remains unpaid.
To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required by the due date specified. The remaining balance must be paid two weeks prior to the pick up or dispatch date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified due date will result in your order being cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.
All orders under $100 require payment in full upfront.
Alterations & Cancellations
We are unable to accomodate for any alterations, including for quantity and designs, to existing orders. The reason for this is that once your order is booked in, we begin the process of sourcing the required supplies to fulfil your order.
As well as this, we are unable to offer cancellations for orders under any circumstances, including COVID-19 imposed restrictions or lockdowns.
When you place your order, you're agreeing to go ahead with the amount of cookies requested, designs selected for the due date agreed upon.
Our website packs are all displayed in their gift box packaging online. If you have selected postage for your order, your cookies will automatically be marked down to be sent in our pink postal boxes without a gift box to keep the cookies as safe as possible in transit, unless otherwise specified at checkout that a gift box is required.
Please note: this does not include holiday/seasonal packs - only our standard website packs.
Damaged or Lost Orders
We take full care when handling your cookies and do everything in our power to prevent the possibility of any damages once they leave our hands, however we do not take responsibility for any damages once picked up or dispatched. As well as this, we do not take responsibility for postal delays or lost packages - postage is completely at your own risk.
No Show, No Cookies
If you don’t show up to collect your cookies on the agreed upon date & time, your order will be cancelled. If you do wish to still collect your cookies, they will need to be collected on our next available pick up date between our available collection time and a $10 rescheduling fee applies, which will need to be paid prior to the rescheduled pick up date. This is also applicable to pre-order items which have specified pick up dates available, regardless of a date selected at checkout.
We love taking photos of your special cookies and reserve the right to upload these across our social media accounts for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for us to share images of your cookies, this must be specified at the time of placing an order.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances due to the nature of our products - all cookies are baked fresh to order and custom made for each order.
Our holiday boxes are always launched on a pre-order basis with specified dates and timeframes available for selection for pick up or dispatch. If you choose a date outside of the available slots, your order will automatically be marked down for dispatched on the last send out date.
Discount codes are not valid on custom orders and can only be used for website packs/orders placed via the website.
